Strategy Overview

This EA uses a dual confirmation system to filter out false signals and focus on quality setups:

• Stochastic Oscillator – Identifies oversold/overbought conditions and momentum shifts
• RSI (Relative Strength Index) – Confirms market extremes and reversal potential

Entry Conditions

BUY Signal:

• Stochastic shows a golden cross (Main line crosses above Signal line)
• Both Stochastic lines are below the oversold level (default: 20)
• RSI is below the oversold threshold (default: 30)
• Result: Entry at the bottom of price exhaustion with momentum turning bullish

SELL Signal:

• Stochastic shows a death cross (Main line crosses below Signal line)
• Both Stochastic lines are above the overbought level (default: 80)
• RSI is above the overbought threshold (default: 70)
• Result: Entry at the top of price exhaustion with momentum turning bearish
