Added EMA200 filter.

I coded with her idea. If profit loss is reached to xxx dollars. change the indicator timeframe longer. Like,,,,M1 chart to H1 chart. Finally I fixed bug and she got a pretty good idea.

Even this is repaint indi, but EA looks profitable. Many friends use this EA.
